Platinum Transformation Package — Refund Policy

The Platinum Transformation Package (Yearly ₹25,000 or Lifetime ₹50,000) is a comprehensive all-access membership. Given the immediate access to 700+ EFT Scripts, 7 Mastery Programs, and live community features upon enrollment:

Yearly Plan (₹25,000/year): A 7-day refund window applies if less than 20% of content has been accessed and no live sessions have been attended. After 7 days or upon significant usage — no refund. You may cancel renewal at any time before the next billing cycle.
Lifetime Plan (₹50,000 one-time): Due to the permanent nature of lifetime access and the full content library provided immediately upon purchase, lifetime plan payments are non-refundable after 48 hours of purchase. Within 48 hours, a refund may be requested if no content has been accessed.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund under any circumstances:

EFT Scripts bundles or standalone script purchases (digital downloads)
Live session or Mastermind session fees once the session has begun
Any course or content accessed beyond the eligibility threshold
Purchases made using promotional codes or special discount offers (unless otherwise stated)
Renewal charges for yearly plans where cancellation was not requested before the billing date

How to Request a Refund — Step by Step

Details include karein — Aapka registered email address, course/plan name, purchase date, order ID (if available), aur refund ka reason.

24-hour response — Hum working days mein 24 ghante ke andar aapke request ko review karke reply karenge.

Refund processing — Approved refunds aapke original payment method pe 7–10 business days mein process ho jaate hain via Razorpay/Graphy payment gateway.

💬 Refund ke bajaaye, agar aapko koi technical issue aa raha hai ya course access mein problem hai — please pehle humse contact karein. Hum hamesha pehle resolve karne ki koshish karte hain.

Technical Issues & Access Problems

Agar aapko course access karne mein koi bhi technical problem aa rahi hai — payment ho gayi lekin course nahi mila, video load nahi ho raha, ya koi aur issue — please immediately humse contact karein before requesting a refund.
