If You are an individual, You must be at least 18 years of age, or between 13–18 with parent/guardian permission. Users under 13 may not use the Platform.

"Content" means any course or session (pre-recorded or live) published by the Creator on the Platform, including reference materials and text files.

Upon registration, You may access Public Forums to exchange thoughts with other learners. Participation is entirely Your choice. We reserve the right to refuse access or remove content from Public Forums if You violate this Agreement.

You will need a Supported/Compatible Device (personal computer, mobile phone, tablet, or other electronic device) to access the Platform. Compatible devices may change over time.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view Content on the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not:

1. Modify, edit, or copy any Content or material on the Platform
2. Create derivative works or exploit any material in ways not permitted under this license
3. Publicly display or use Content for any commercial purpose
4. Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any Platform software
5. Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from Content
6. Transfer any Platform material to another person or "mirror" it on another server

"Creator Content" includes audio, video, images, text materials, and other files uploaded by the Creator on the Platform.

If You choose to participate in Public Forums, You agree to follow the Code of Conduct below. We may suspend Your Forum access at any time for violations.

You represent that You own or are licensed to use any content You post ("Learner Content"). You are solely responsible for Learner Content — its legality, reliability, accuracy, and appropriateness.

By posting Learner Content, You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

By using the Platform, You agree to:

1. Legitimate Usage: Use the Platform only for lawful purposes. No illegal activities, hacking, counterfeit software distribution, or fraudulent conduct.
2. No Harmful Content: Content that incites violence or endangers safety is expressly prohibited.
3. No Hate Speech: We do not tolerate hate speech, defamation, or statements inciting hatred based on race, religion, gender, caste, disability, or sexual orientation.
4. No Violent/Graphic Content: Content designed to shock or promote terrorism is not allowed.
5. No Harassment or Bullying: Any form of harassment — abusive messages, revealing personal information, sexual bullying — is prohibited.
6. No Spam: Posting repetitive, unwanted content or links to malware sites is a violation.
7. No Scams: Content intended to trick others for financial gain, extortion, or blackmail is not allowed.
8. Privacy: Respect the privacy of other users. Refer to our Privacy Policy.
9. No Impersonation: Pretending to be another person, company, or group is not permitted.
10. No Unauthorized Access: You may not attempt to disable, overburden, or gain unauthorized access to the Platform or introduce malicious code of any kind.

All content, materials, trademarks, logos, design, layout, audio/video files, and software on the Platform ("Creator's Intellectual Property") are owned by or licensed to Inner Balance Academy™.

You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Platform. Unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, or distribution of Creator's Intellectual Property is strictly prohibited and may violate applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

If You submit suggestions, ideas, or comments about the Platform or Content ("Feedback"), You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such Feedback in any form.

You shall have no intellectual property rights in any Content or Platform as a result of our incorporation of your Feedback.

To enroll in paid Content, You must pay the applicable Content Fee. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors (Razorpay via Graphy). Applicable taxes may apply.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inner Balance Academy™ disclaims all warranties — express, implied, or statutory — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall Inner Balance Academy™ or Sushanta Kumar Padhan be liable for any damages — including loss of data, profit, or business interruption — arising from use of or inability to use the Platform or its Content, even if notified of the possibility of such damage.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inner Balance Academy™, its officers, directors, agents, and employees from any claim, demand, or action — including reasonable legal fees — arising from Your breach of this Agreement or Your violation of any law or third-party rights.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. We have not reviewed all such linked sites and are not responsible for their content. Inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement. Use of any linked website is at Your own risk.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of this Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Creator's home jurisdiction, in accordance with applicable Indian law.

1. Amendments: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Platform with a revision date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it in the future.
3. Assignment: You may not assign or transfer this Agreement. Any attempt to do so is null and void.
4. Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining Terms will remain in full effect.
5. Force Majeure: We will not be held responsible for delays or failures arising from causes beyond our reasonable control.
